                      HGM Series Three-rings (Four-rings) Micro-Powder Grinder Mill is a new type of high efficient fine powder and ultrafine powder processing equipment, which is by our technology research and development center through introducing advanced foreign technology and develops for years of concentrated innovation research and design transformation. This type grinding mill is mainly suitable for grinding non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials with low and middle hardness (mohs hardness < 6) and moisture content less than 5%, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, kaolin, talc, mica, bentonite, magnesite, illite and pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alum stone, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice, etc., and it is currently the best choice for super fine crushing of the non-metallic mineral.

                      Working Principle

                      The material in the Silo will fall down into the Feeding tube evenly through the Vibrating Feeder, and then fall onto the upper scattering plate, after that will scatter on the gap between the roller and ring. The material into the inner wall of the rollers will be reground, and then fall down onto the lower scattering plate. And the fine powder conforms to the standard will be discharged into the Dispersive Twin-pipe Cyclone Separator, and then be discharged. And the massiveness will enter the grinding wall to be reground. The airstream with the dust will enter into the lower part of the Pulse Bag Dust Catcher, and then being discharged through the Rotational Discharging Device after filtering dust.
